The photographs
Our standard print sizes are 5x7.5",A4, A3 and 20x30". We also offer 16x32" and 25x50" sizes from images in the Panorama category taken on the 6x17cm Fuji Panorama camera. Larger prints and murals are also available on a POA basis. All prints have a white border for easy framing.
Guarantee : all our photographs are printed on professional quality paper. Print longevity will be affected by the exposure to UV light and strong light sources however. Pollution levels will also affect longevity.
We offer a full money back guarantee covering any goods which are faulty on arrival.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will replace the item or give you a full refund. You must contact us within 10 days of receiving the goods.
To claim a refund or replacement please e-mail us on lrossphoto@bigpond.com Return the item to us along with a copy of your order and we will either send you a refund or a replacement print.
Note : all our photographs have been individually retouched and enhanced but not physically altered in any way. Some images may be in poor condition due to their age or poor handling over the years. We will do our best with these images but the end result may be less than perfect. In these cases the images are on site because of their historical significance and allowances must be made for their lack of quality.
